As far as skill sets go, Nasrif is much deeper than he lets on due to his humility. At the time of writing this recommendation, he’s much more senior than mid-level. This is very evident in his approach, his thinking and all the way through to execution and shepherding products and features post launch. As a designer, his work ethic is top tier. He crushes deadlines and the resulting deliverable is well-executed—Every. Time. No hyperbole, I promise. There’s also a great deal of creativity to what he does as well when proposing alternatives and is quick on his feet when presented with the proverbial throwing of wrenches. Another huge benefit to Nasrif is his balancing of company objective and user needs. He’s not averse to pushing back when warranted. Nasrif is just fantastic, and he belongs on the best teams.
